1.Customized products order, assigned to Yintian R & D center within 1 hour, According to order requirement,design exclusive and customizedformula by Yintian R & D engineer, this process completed at that day, delivery with powder Center in the next day, into the "Yintian production process orders."
2.Yintian powder technician according to the exact formula to blending diamond single crystal formulations, all kinds of carcass powder or pre-alloy powder after customer order enter to Yintian blending powder center.
3.Vacuum titanium: To ensure that the diamond particles perfect plating to enhance its high temperature / high pressure / antioxidant properties ,proportion diamond particles and titanium powder into the titanium vacuum equipment , uniform longitudinal rotation, vacuum and heated to 830 ℃, slow cooling for 40 minutes to complete after lasting 1.5 hours .
4.Preparation of fetal powder: Prepared by pre-alloy powder preparation of carcass powder,in order to improve the mechanical properties of the carcass and increase sintered carcass activity
5.3D Stirring:Yintian using universal mixing process of the 3D numerical control mixing equipment, put the diamond particles and matrix powder in the constant temperature, constant pressure, timing conditions to universal rotary mixing,so ensure that titanium diamond particles and the matrix powder fully integrated,it’s become organized and balanced,So can increase the strength of the diamond body after diamond sintering forming.
6.Single-chip cold pressing: Yintian production line choose mold according to the order, put fully mixing the formula powder into the automatic cold press, use two-way compression method for cold pressing, ensure that the forming of the cold compression plate density uniform, uniform texture, consistent, the weight error ≤ 0.02g, process accuracy is much higher than the traditional one-way compression method.
7.Composite cold pressing: Yintian setting process by the automatic cold press put fully blended formula powder and single metal powder into the cold press machine A, B containers. In order to eliminate any mechanical differences,the two kinds of powder are laid alternately according to the preset number of layers to produce the compound diamond agglomerate after repeated adjusting pressure, fine adjustment per gram, hardness test, appearance inspection and weighing, the mechanical etc.

9.Weight detection: Send the finished diamond cracking into the Yintian Quality Inspection Center, then test the weight, compare the data of single-chip sampling and batch re-examination, to ensure the deviation ≤ 0.02g
10.Dimensional inspection: Yintian use triple-line operation including manual measurement, laser proofing and computer scanning; inspect specification for diamond cracking, to ensure the deviation of ≤ 0.1mm
11.Resistivity detection:Yintian using resistivity detector to detect diamond caking, use single-chip sampling and batch retest to obtain accurate data to compare, so we can calculate the diamond crystals contained in the purity, mesh and thermal performance if compliance.
12.Density detection:Yintian use professional analysis balance instruments to density testing diamond caking, including the internal parameters of the comparison of diamond segment data and comprehensive testing, to ensure that the volume of diamond caking density is full compliance.
13.Determination of oxygen content: Yintian use oxygen measuring instrument to oxygen sampling for diamond caking ,ensure that the oxygen content of caking ≤ 0.01%, in order to enhance the anti-oxidation ability of the diamond segment, to maintain the performance of segment stability.
14.Hotpressmolding:The finished cold-pressed piece divided into A-B-A piece and A-B piece, after inspection, enterthe hot-pressing workshop, after separately laying the powder with graphite mold, match the mold in the order of A-B-C piece or A-B piece.
15.Hot pressing sintering:Yintian use electronic temperature control precision sintering machine to countdown by one programmable precision,set different sintered program according to diamond segment formula,and set different time periods, temperature, pressure and so on, then dimensional hot-pressing sintering of diamond caking.This process sintered diamond blade have high density, good quality, outstanding performance and stability.
16.Wind control cooling: Yintian use electronic air control cooling for all sintered diamond caking before remove mold,cooling down to 30-40 degrees Celsius , then assembly line remove mold after cooled for 30 minutes.
17.Hot pressing remove mold:Yintianis limited to hot pressing molds.Forced scrap the segments mold after use 50 times/set. In order to ensure the quality of diamond segment, if diamond caking appear the differences in height, uneven or a bubble/particles/ non-flat, the mold must to bescrapped in advance.
18.Hardness testing: Yintian test the hardness of the hot pressure removal diamond segment, use ‘Static test method’ and ‘Dynamic experimental method’,extract a number of data to draw ‘radar chart structure table’, so we calculate the hardness of diamond caking range value that ensure the finished diamond segment hardness index 100%.
19.True density detection: For the diamond segment of drilling tools, Yintian use analyze balance, porosity detector and other equipment to test true density ,to ensure that the finished segment’s internal matrix and diamond particles are well-distributed ,the molecular structure is solidified, highly stable performance.
20.Mechanical polishing: The segment after hot pressing remove mold and passing the sampling, Yintian technician put the segment into the plastic drum to remove the burr, rough edges and other processing.
21.Fine grinding: Yintian technicians put the finished roughing process diamond segment into the automatic grinding machine to the second fine grinding, ensure diamond segment thickness is the same, accurate to ± 0.02mm.
22.Coated sandblasting: All of Yintian diamond segment use automatic sandblasting machine for sandblasting, ensure formed segment can against high temperature / high pressure / impact / oxidation / corrosion resistance, so that the segment is both beautiful and practical.
23.External assessment: Yintian technicians send completed sandblasting diamond segment to the quality inspection center for OQC quality inspection.
24.Appearance acceptance: Yintian technicians make mechanical appearance purificationfor qualitied inspection diamond segment, to ensure the finished diamond segment is smooth and burr-free.
25.Segment packing: Yintian Diamond segment is packing divided into three steps: First step one piece of plastic film packing. Second step is single box packing and mark the item /specification/type on the cover. Third step combined multi-layer reinforcement packing.
